The Hunter Education Firearms Card is proof that you have successfully completed all the education requirements.
The Hunter Education Firearms Card will be mailed to you by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife after you complete all certification requirements.
You must score at least 80% on the Final Exam to pass.
You have unlimited attempts to pass the Final Exam.

Log back in, and you can continue interacting with the course.
Immediately print out your Skills and Exam Day Voucher, which you will need to bring with you to the Skills and Exam Day along with a complete survival kit.
You need to locate and sign up for the Skills and Exam Day. Remember: Passing the online course does not guarantee you a spot at the Skills and Exam Day.
If you don’t complete the exam in one session, don’t worry.
When you log in later, you will be taken to the first unanswered question of the exam. Throughout the Maine Hunter Ed Course, you’ll be tested on what you’ve learned.
